We offer full refunds on any item that is deemed faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.
Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.
We do not offer a refund
When the customer:
knew an item was faulty when they bought it
damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (unless authorised in writing by Arabica Espresso Services Ltd personnel or representative.
no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
we offer a refund for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as:
personalised items and custom-made items, for example curtains
perishable items, for example frozen food or flowers
newspapers and magazines
unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software
Online, mail and phone order sales
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
we offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel.
you will have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us. the goods must be undamaged and unopened with all packaging intact.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Repairs and replacements
we will repair or replace an item if a customer returns it within 6 months - unless this was not faulty when purchased.
we may ask customers to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement after 6 months.
Warranties and guarantees
All equipement purchaed from arabica espresso services will be sold in line with the manufacturers warranties & guarantees.
Proof of purchase
we will ask the customer for proof that they bought an item from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.
Items returned by someone other than the buyer
we will only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
